Our next big event at the Sawgrass Nature Center and Wildlife Hospital is CAMP WILD! We offer 10 weeks of unique programming learning about the natural world, playing games, building projects, making crafts, meeting animals and finding critters.
Florida’s Threatened Gopher Tortoise!
There are 5 young Gopher Tortoises at the Sawgrass Nature Center in Coral Springs. You can see these youngsters in the lobby of the administration building and discover why they are there and what makes them threatened.
